How does the Black Friday offer work?
The more pairs you choose, the more you save. During Early Access you save 15% on 2 pairs, 20% on 3 pairs and 25% on 4 or more. From 10 November, during Black Friday Month, savings rise to 20%, 25% and 30%. The discount is applied automatically in your cart and at checkout, with no code needed.
Do I get the cedar shoe trees with every order?
Yes. A pair of cedar shoe trees is added to your cart free of charge with every order during our Black Friday event.
How do your sizes work?
Every size is shown in UK, EU and US equivalents, for example UK 8 / EU 42 / US 9. See our size guide for the full conversion table. If you are between sizes, our team is happy to advise.
Where do you ship to and how much does it cost?
We ship to the United Kingdom, Ireland and across Europe. Standard shipping is free on every order and fully tracked.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivery is estimated at 8–14 business days from dispatch. Peak periods such as Black Friday can add a few days. See our shipping policy for details.
Can I return or exchange?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn shoes for a full refund, or to exchange for another size. See our returns policy.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Payments are processed securely and we never store your card details.
