Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend. Every parcel is fully tracked.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation immediately and a shipping confirmation with your tracking link once your order is dispatched.
Delivery times
- United Kingdom & Ireland: estimated 8–14 business days from dispatch
- Rest of Europe: estimated 8–14 business days from dispatch
Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during peak periods such as Black Friday and Christmas. We will always tell you about any known delay.
Duties & taxes
Prices on our website include applicable taxes for your market. If any customs or import charge is requested on delivery, contact us before paying and we will help.
Failed deliveries
If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or a missed collection, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-delivery costs in these cases are the customer's responsibility.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking has not updated for 7 days, or your parcel shows as delivered but has not arrived, email support@haldenhale.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
