Orders
When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order and send you a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price is clearly wrong or a payment is suspected to be fraudulent; in that case we refund you in full.
Prices and offers
Prices are shown in your local currency and include applicable taxes. Black Friday savings are applied automatically according to the number of eligible pairs in your cart and are valid only during the stated promotion dates. Offers cannot be exchanged for cash.
Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers.
Delivery, returns and your rights
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Returns & Refunds policy. If you live in the UK or the EU, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, and you are entitled to goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
Product information
We take care to describe and photograph every product accurately. Natural materials such as leather and suede can vary slightly in colour and texture from pair to pair.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including the Halden & Hale name, logo, text and images, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reused without permission.
Liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in Europe, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence and may bring a claim in your local courts.
