We want every pair to feel right. If it doesn't, returning or exchanging is simple.
30-day returns
You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. This goes beyond the 14-day right of withdrawal you have under UK and EU consumer law, which this policy does not affect.
Shoes must be unworn (tried on indoors only), in their original condition and returned in the original box. Please try shoes on a clean, carpeted surface so the soles stay unmarked.
How to return
- Email support@haldenhale.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return or exchange.
- We reply within 2 business days with your return instructions and address.
- Pack the shoes securely in their original box and send them with a tracked service.
Refunds
Once your return has arrived and been checked, we refund you within 14 days to your original payment method. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Let us know when you contact us and we will hold the new size for you while your return is on its way.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or refund you in full.
Black Friday orders
Black Friday orders have the same 30-day return policy. If you return part of a multi-pair order, the refund is recalculated using the discount tier that applies to the pairs you keep. The complimentary cedar shoe trees do not need to be returned.
