Every Halden & Hale order is shipped with full tracking.
1. Order confirmation
Straight after you order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number.
2. Shipping confirmation
Within 1–2 business days your order is dispatched and we email you a tracking number and link.
3. Follow your parcel
Click the link in your shipping email to follow your parcel. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show its first update after dispatch.
Tracking not updating?
It is normal for tracking to pause while a parcel crosses borders. If there has been no update for 7 days, email support@haldenhale.com with your order number and we will look into it with the carrier.
